Welcome to CashUpCoin (CUC). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, platform, and the CUC token ecosystem. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website or using/holding CUC tokens, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your country to use our platform and services. You are responsible for ensuring your compliance with local laws.

3. No Financial or Investment Advice

CUC is a utility token, not an investment product. We do not offer financial, legal, or investment advice. All token usage is at your own risk.

4. Use of CUC Token

CUC is designed to be used within the CashUpCoin platform for:

• Free mining, ad watching, task completion, and referrals.
• Staking for earning returns (0.5%, 2%, or 4% based on period).
• Promoting ads or paying for services.
• Withdrawing to BTC or USD (subject to conditions).

No guaranteed return or increase in value is offered.

5. Wallet Security

You are solely responsible for securing your account, wallet access, and private keys. We do not restore lost wallets or keys.

6. Token Supply, Staking, and Burning

• Total Supply: 300 Million CUC
• Locked Reserve: 150M (unlocks 5% every 6 months after 1 year)
• Free Earning: 150M via platform activities (mining, ads, tasks, referrals)
• Coins from Free Earning unlock monthly to Trade Balance and must be staked for 1 year to become withdrawable or tradable.
• 4% quarterly burn will continue until total supply reduces to 100M.

7. Referral & Reward Policy

• Earn 1 CUC per referral.
• Earn 5% commission on your referrals’ earnings.
• Misuse of the referral system (fake accounts, bots) will lead to suspension or ban.

8. Ad Promotion Utility

Advertisers can list ads on the CUC platform using CUC, BTC, or USDT. Ad viewers can earn rewards for watching. All activity must be real; spamming, bot use, or fake traffic is prohibited.

9. Token Volatility and Risk

Cryptocurrency prices are volatile. By using or holding CUC, you accept all risks including loss of value, technical errors, or market fluctuations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, logos, and designs on the site are the property of CashUpCoin unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. No Warranty

Our platform and services are provided “as is” with no warranties or guarantees. We do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

CashUpCoin, its team, or affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use or token interaction.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.
